A Vision for Nordic Women's Health 2040
At the Danish Parliament, on September 8th, 2025, 136 voices gathered to imagine a shared Vision for Nordic Women's Health 2040. This vision began as a question: What would the most optimal health for women look like if we were unbound by present bias?
"By 2040, every woman in the Nordics lives in a society where health is a birthright, not a benefit, anticipated, equitable, and seamlessly woven into everyday life."
The workshop included +50 subject matter experts exploring five key transformation areas and developed actionable roadmaps to drive systemic change in how women's health is understood, invested in, and prioritized politically.

Together with Kvalitor Consulting, I consult leaders from larger European banks to small Danish SMEs on how to design bolder futures, using AI in a responsible manner. Disseminating knowledge about how AI is built, what AI can be used for, and where we need humans in the loop.
I speak about the future of women's health, not just as a healthcare topic, but as one of the most powerful levers for innovation, equality, and economic growth. The gap in evidence and care is not just a scientific issue; it's a systemic blind spot that limits both human potential, business innovation and societal resilience.
I recently co-founded NORA to drive systemic change in women's health by mobilising catalytic capital and cross-sector collaboration. NORA convenes policymakers, investors, clinicians, and innovators to build high-impact initiatives that turn vision into action.
Future Scenarios for Female Leadership
What will female leadership look like in the Nordics by 2030? Together with Women in Life Science Norway (WiLD Norway), I developed four future scenarios that explore how women might lead, or be prevented from leading, in a rapidly changing world shaped by AI, geopolitics, and sustainability transitions.
These scenarios are not predictions, they're tools for reflection and strategy. They help us test how resilient our current approaches to gender equality and leadership really are. Each scenario represents a different version of the future:

Actionable Futures
When I combine futures thinking with design thinking, that's what I call Actionable Futures, a way to imagine bold possibilities and then make them real, step by step.
At the heart of my approach is what I call Actionable Future, the art of combining futures thinking with concrete action. It's about turning long-term vision into high impact action. For me, imagining the future is about more than predicting what's next; it's about expanding what's possible. Futures thinking helps us step beyond the problems of today and explore new ideas, challenge our biases, and rethink the systems we take for granted. It's how we unlock creativity and design solutions that help businesses grow. Design thinking brings that imagination down to earth. It's about empathy and experimentation, understanding real needs instead of assuming them, asking the right questions, and involving people in creating the answers. It's messy, curious, and human by nature.
